PowerUp – Sport Conditioning Programme

Do you want to gain an edge in your sport? The PowerUp programme has been developed to maximize your potential.

Our unique approach to conditioning, will improve strength, focus and agility.

Our experienced coaches will facilitate a 1.5 hour session, that will give athletes an opportunity to experience what happens in a PowerUp session.

Athletes will begin with a cardio warm up and will move into muscle and core alignment exercises. Injury prevention and athlete's wellbeing are a key focus area while ensuring the sessions are engaging and fun.

The PowerUp programme welcomes athletes from all sporting disciplines.

If you're child is into ball sport, track and field or artistic sports, this programme will help to improve their overall body conditioning.
