Movie Making with LEGO—Classic Special Effects

Every movie uses special effects to some extent. Join us for this two-hour session to learn how you can enhance your own movies with some classic special effects techniques, such as using lines to get characters to fly, or learning how to set up your camera to create a first-person shot where the camera sees what the character does.

This session will benefit beginner, intermediate and advanced movie makers who are interested in developing their storytelling and filming skills further. Beginners will first be taught the basics of film-making principles and LEGO specific techniques before they unleash their imaginations onto their movie making. After your session, we will email out a link to download your file so you can show it off.

Some courses may be run in multiple locations. Please check individual session listings carefully for details.
