If you would like to apply as an event provider for KidsFest 2017 view the links below for helpful resources and important information.  Please ensure you are familiar with all KidsFest requirements before entering your event application.

The Application Information has everything you need to know about being a KidsFest event provider, and the How-To Guide – Entering an event application will assist you with entering your details on the KidsFest website.

It is important you read the Event Criteria and Terms and Conditions to understand your obligations when applying.

The Health & Safety Requirements and Resources clarifies your H&S requirements and offers templates and links to useful websites should you need assistance. You will be asked to provide an Event Safety Plan and sign a declaration before you can submit your application.

The Event Safety Plan and Hazard Register templates are available to assist you if you don’t already have these documents in place within your organisation. These are guidelines only, you will need to adapt them to suit your event.
